This document was prepared by Mr. David Frogier de Ponlevoy the journalist trainer at VOV, and was introduced at the short training course “Empower Vietnamese Young Journalists in-depth Writing” funded by the US Embassy in Hanoi in 2011. I was so lucky to attend that training course and was chosen as one of the 12 students, out of a total of 90 students, to have the opportunity to do an internship at Tien Phong Daily News in Hanoi.
